Delete your account

You can delete your All'Amarone Wine Club account and associated data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

Open the app, go to You → Settings → Delete account. Your account is scheduled for deletion and permanently erased after a 14-day grace period. Logging back in during that period cancels the deletion.

If you no longer have the app installed, submit the form below and we will verify and process your request.

What is deleted

• Your login and profile (name, email, password, photo).
• Voice notes and their transcripts, and your chat history.
• Your taste profile, taste tags, bookmarks, "buy more" requests and saved special occasions.
• Push notification tokens for your devices.
• Your contact record is anonymised in our CRM.

What is kept

• Your wine ratings are anonymised (the score is kept for catalogue statistics, the link to you is removed).
• Order, shipment and invoice records are retained for 10 years as required by Italian accounting law.
