1. Who we are and what the App is
The All'Amarone Wine Club app (the "App") is operated by DEPIETRI ALFREDO DI LALOUM NICOLE & C. SAS, San Polo 1131, 30125 Venice, Italy ("All'Amarone", "we"), VAT no. IT04142720277. The App is a private companion for members of the All'Amarone Wine Club: it lets you view your wine shipments, rate wines, keep a taste profile, browse our cellar, save wines, send us requests and talk to us. By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms.
2. Membership and eligibility
Access is by personal invitation only and reserved for existing customers of All'Amarone. You must be at least 18 years old. The account is personal; keep your credentials confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. A household may include a second adult member with their own account; each member's ratings and profile are their own.
3. What the App is not
The App does not sell wine and takes no payments. Actions such as "I'd like to buy more of this", saved wines and reservation requests are non-binding requests: they create no order, no price and no charge. Every purchase or shipment is agreed separately between you and All'Amarone (normally by email or in person) under the conditions confirmed there. Prices shown in the App are indicative shop prices and can change.
4. Your content
Ratings, notes, voice recordings, photos and messages you submit remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to run the club service for you (including transcribing voice notes and building your taste profile), as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others; we may remove such content and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend the account.
5. Fair use
You agree not to misuse the App: no attempts to access other members' data, to disturb the service, to reverse engineer the software, or to use the App for any commercial purpose of your own. The App and its contents (texts, images, logos, the All'Amarone name) are protected; club materials are for your personal use as a member.
6. Availability and changes
The App is provided as part of the club relationship, without a separate fee. We work to keep it available and accurate but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, add or remove features. If we ever discontinue the App we will tell members in advance; your club membership itself is not affected by these Terms.
7. Account deletion and termination
You can delete your account in the App at any time; the process and what is kept for legal reasons are described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, informing you where the law requires.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by Italian law, we are liable only for damage caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence; we are not liable for damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party services the App relies on.
9. Law and forum
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the mandatory consumer forums apply; otherwise the courts of Venice have jurisdiction. If a clause proves invalid, the rest remains in force.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version at this address with its date and, for meaningful changes, tell you in the App before they apply. If you keep using the App after that date, the new Terms apply to you. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.

1. Chi siamo e cos'è l'App
L'app All'Amarone Wine Club (l'"App") è gestita da DEPIETRI ALFREDO DI LALOUM NICOLE & C. SAS, San Polo 1131, 30125 Venezia, Italia ("All'Amarone", "noi"), P. IVA IT04142720277. L'App è lo strumento riservato ai soci del Wine Club All'Amarone: permette di vedere le proprie spedizioni, valutare i vini, costruire il proprio profilo di gusto, sfogliare la nostra cantina, salvare vini, inviarci richieste e parlare con noi. Creando un account o usando l'App accetti questi Termini.
2. Iscrizione e requisiti
L'accesso avviene solo su invito personale ed è riservato ai clienti di All'Amarone. Devi avere almeno 18 anni. L'account è personale: custodisci le credenziali e avvisaci subito in caso di sospetto uso improprio. Un nucleo familiare può includere un secondo socio maggiorenne con un proprio account; le valutazioni e il profilo di ciascun socio restano personali.
3. Cosa l'App non è
L'App non vende vino e non gestisce pagamenti. Azioni come "ne vorrei ancora", i vini salvati e le richieste di prenotazione sono richieste non vincolanti: non generano ordini, prezzi né addebiti. Ogni acquisto o spedizione viene concordato separatamente tra te e All'Amarone (di norma via email o di persona) alle condizioni lì confermate. I prezzi mostrati nell'App sono indicativi e possono variare.
4. I tuoi contenuti
Valutazioni, note, registrazioni vocali, foto e messaggi che invii restano tuoi. Ci concedi la licenza necessaria a conservarli e trattarli per erogarti il servizio del club (inclusa la trascrizione delle note vocali e la costruzione del profilo di gusto), come descritto nell'Informativa sulla Privacy. Non inviare contenuti illeciti, offensivi o lesivi di diritti altrui; potremo rimuoverli e, nei casi gravi o ripetuti, sospendere l'account.
5. Uso corretto
Ti impegni a non abusare dell'App: niente tentativi di accedere ai dati di altri soci, di disturbare il servizio, di decompilare il software o di usare l'App per fini commerciali propri. L'App e i suoi contenuti (testi, immagini, loghi, il nome All'Amarone) sono protetti; i materiali del club sono per il tuo uso personale come socio.
6. Disponibilità e modifiche
L'App è offerta nell'ambito del rapporto di club, senza corrispettivo separato. Lavoriamo perché sia disponibile e accurata, ma non possiamo garantire un funzionamento ininterrotto o privo di errori, e potremo modificare, aggiungere o rimuovere funzionalità. Se un giorno dismettessimo l'App, avviseremo i soci in anticipo; l'iscrizione al club non è regolata da questi Termini.
7. Cancellazione dell'account e risoluzione
Puoi cancellare il tuo account dall'App in ogni momento; la procedura e ciò che viene conservato per obblighi di legge sono descritti nell'Informativa sulla Privacy. Potremo sospendere o chiudere account in caso di violazioni gravi o ripetute di questi Termini, informandoti dove la legge lo richiede.
8. Responsabilità
Nulla in questi Termini limita responsabilità che per legge non possono essere limitate. Per il resto, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge italiana, rispondiamo solo dei danni causati da dolo o colpa grave; non rispondiamo di danni dovuti a circostanze fuori dal nostro ragionevole controllo, inclusi i malfunzionamenti di servizi di terzi su cui l'App si appoggia.
9. Legge applicabile e foro
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per le controversie con consumatori valgono i fori inderogabili di legge; negli altri casi è competente il Foro di Venezia. L'eventuale invalidità di una clausola non travolge le restanti.
10. Modifiche ai Termini
Potremo aggiornare questi Termini. Pubblicheremo la nuova versione a questo indirizzo con la sua data e, per i cambiamenti rilevanti, te lo segnaleremo nell'App prima che entrino in vigore. Se continui a usare l'App dopo quella data, valgono i nuovi Termini. Se non sei d'accordo, puoi cancellare il tuo account in ogni momento.
